These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player") and 77g7 ("77g7", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 77g7 website, mobile platform, games, sports betting services, and any related content or functionality available at 77g7.bet (collectively, the "Platform"). To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 77g7, its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage or system failure, even if 77g7 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

77g7's total liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 77g7 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liabilities; in such jurisdictions 77g7's liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
